    Tell us who you are, what you do and where you work.

  2. Pay and complete the brief.

    After your four details are received, continue to Stripe for the one-time £100 payment, then send the complete brief.

  3. We confirm the start.

    The two-working-day clock starts only after payment and the complete brief are both confirmed.

  4. Review the first draft.

    Receive the draft within two working days, then use up to two included revision rounds.

  5. Approve and publish.

    After your approval, we arrange publication and help connect your domain.

What happens after I send the four details?

If the enquiry is received and checkout is available, you can continue straight to Stripe and pay £100 one time. The full project brief comes after payment. Harpyx confirms payment and checks that the brief is complete before production begins.

Do I need to write the website text myself?

No. Harpyx writes the one-page website text from the accurate business facts you provide. You review and approve the wording before publication.

Is this a multi-page website?

No. Starter includes one website page with the listed features. Extra pages aren't part of the £100 package.

Is the contact form included?

Yes. Starter includes a contact form and tap-to-call. We use the genuine contact information and form destination you provide and test the functions before launch.

Does the website go live in two working days?

No. The two-working-day commitment is for the first website draft after confirmed payment and receipt of your complete brief. Publication follows review, revisions, approval and domain setup.

Working days are Monday–Friday, UK, excluding bank holidays. Messages and briefs after 16:00 UK are handled the next working day.

Will the website get me more customers?

Harpyx provides the website and agreed contact features. Traffic, enquiries, sales and search rankings aren't guaranteed.

Can I cancel before production starts?

Yes. Before production begins, you may request cancellation and a refund. Production begins only after payment is confirmed and a complete brief is received. After production begins, refunds are not automatic and depend on work already performed and applicable rights.
