What information we use to deliver Harpyx Starter Website and measure advertising.
Harpyx Starter Website is supplied by Antonio Virgilio Holanda Junior, an individual resident in Brazil.
We process the enquiry and complete-brief details you send us, communications needed to provide the service, payment-related information provided through Stripe, and advertising event or attribution data where tracking is configured and you accept it.
We use this information to receive enquiries, administer checkout and payment, build and deliver Harpyx Starter Website, communicate about the service and, where you accept tracking, measure advertising.
Enquiry and project-brief forms are sent through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, so the information you submit is processed by that provider to deliver it to Harpyx.
Card details are entered on Stripe, not on Harpyx pages. Stripe handles the payment transaction and provides Harpyx with the information needed to confirm and administer the payment.
The site contains Meta Pixel integration. It is not loaded unless a Pixel or Dataset ID is configured and you accept tracking. When enabled, it records the implemented page, CTA, form, provider-confirmed lead and checkout-start events. If Meta tracking is configured, your choice to accept or reject it is stored in your browser's local storage. Campaign parameters and a Meta click identifier may be stored in session storage for the current browser tab; campaign parameters are included with the enquiry and checkout link. A random enquiry reference is also stored in that tab so you can return to checkout without resending the enquiry. This stored reference does not contain your form answers and does not confirm payment.
